９ヶ月検診 / 9 months check up

このスカーフサラのお気に入りだよ。Daddyのお母さんが編んでくれたんだ！She loves this cute skirf which Mama Sandi made for her! It is very warm! Thank you Mama Sandi!

今日は、朝から９ヶ月検診に行ってきました。身長 70.5 cm (48%) 、体重 7.39 kg (10%)、頭位 43.5 cm (35%) 、(　)の中は、全体の何％にあたるか。あまりにもたくさん動きまくるせいか、たくさん食べるのに細身のようだ。サラ、これからもっと食べてね。

＊ビデオは昨夜、Daddyが学校に行っていて、帰ったらサラが寝てしまってるのでとったものです。

We went to 9 months check up this morning. Hight 27 3/4 inch (48% ), Weight 16. 4 3/4Lb (10%) , Head circumference 43 1/2 cm (35%) . She moves a lot so she is very light even though she eats a lot. Please eat more Sarah!!

* Attched video was taken last night for Daddy. He was in school and can only see sleeping Sarah when he comes back. ( Mommy was talking about she mess holding clothes many times ><>

ひな祭り #2 / Hinamatsuri #2

今日は、日本人の女の子のいるママ友に誘われてひな祭りをした。ポットラックPartyだったので、私はポテトサラダを作っていきました。お友達と遊んでサラも楽しかったようです。

We were invited Hinamatsuri party. It was potluck party so I made a poteto salad. She played with other kids and had a good time.

ひな祭り / Hinamatsuri

３月３日はひな祭り、当日はDaddyが学校でみんなでご飯が食べれないので１日早い＆日本時間のお祝いをやりました。サラは、ひなまつりのご飯（トマトとほうれん草のリゾットと納豆バナナMIX）そしてひし形に切ったさつまいもです。Mommyたちのご飯はちらし寿司です。サラは楽しんでくれたかなぁー？今年は、この小さな雛人形だけど、写真のひな人形をMommyのお父さんお母さんがサラのために買ってくれたので、また来年が今から楽しみです！

March.3rd is Girls day in Japan called " Hinamatsuri" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hinamatsuriy We wish Sarah's happy & healthy life. Daddy has school on the day so we did celebrate one day earlier which is Japanese March.3! Sarah had a special dinner (Tomato rizotto, Spinach rizotto, Sweet poteto, Tofu natto banana mix) and we had a Chirashizushi. We hope she had a good time. We have this small Hinaningyo this year but Mommy's parents bought a real Hinaningyo for Sarah (picture) so we are looking forward to celebrate with this next year!

花見 / Cherry Blossom Party

今日は、ワシントン大学へDaddyのお友達の家族とお花見に行ってきました。お花はまだ７部咲きだったけど、とってもきれいだった。桜の下でお弁当を食べておいしかったー！！サラのミドルネームは”さくら”だもん、初めてのお花見楽しかった！We went to UW (University of Washington) for Cherry Blossam Party with Daddy's friend's family. About 70 % of the cherry blossoms had bloomed but it was so pretty! We had a nice picnic lunch under the cherry blossom tree. The first cherry blossom party as Sarah's middle name is "SAKURA" (cherry blossom) was fun!!

お友達のお誕生日会 / Friend B.D Party

今日はお友達のAちゃんの１歳のお誕生日に招待されて行ってきました！B.D GirlのAちゃんはおめかししてとってもかわいかったです。すごいね、サラも１歳まであと３ヶ月だ～！

We were invited Sarah's friend 1st B.D Party. She wore B.D clothes and she was so cute. Sarah's B.D is in 3 months wowow!

歌の本 / book for singing

お友達にもらった歌の本、ボタンを押すといろいろな歌が流れてきます！歌が好きなサラ、楽しそうです！There are different buttons for different songs. We got this from a friend of ours. She likes singing and it looks like she is having fun!

バーベキュー / BBQ

今日は晴天、車庫でバーべキューをしました。ひなたは暖かいけど、日陰はちょっと寒かったので、完全防備のサラです。本当にいいお天気だった、今からシアトルの夏が待ちどうしいです！It was very nice weather so we did BBQ. It was so warm sunside but shade was pretty chilly so Sarah wear so much. It was great weather! We can not wait nice Seattle summer!
