マリナーズゲームへ / Baseball game

Daddyのお兄さんトムがクリスマスにマリナーズのチケットをくれたので木曜の夜に家族で野球を見に行ってきた。夜のゲームはサラは初めてだったのでどうなるかしら？と心配したけど、サラは超上機嫌、試合を見ながらみんなにあわせて拍手をしたり、たくさんの人や、スタジアムをきょろきょろ見て忙しそうだった。もちろん長い間、席にじっとしてられないので、お散歩したり、子供用の遊び場に連れてったり。いつも寝る時間に帰り、車の中でおやすみなさい！だったよ。やっぱり生の野球は楽しいね♪Tomありがとー！！ We went to the Mariner's game on Thu night with tickets that Joe's brother Tom got as a christmas present for us. It was Sarah's first night game so we were a little worried but she enjoyed so much clapping with other people, looking around at the people and at the stadium of course she can not stay same place so long so we took her for a walk and to the kids park in the stadium. We came back about same time as Sarah's usual sleeping time so it was perfect! We had a great time. Thank you Tom!!!

フォレストパーク / Forest park

土曜日に家族で近くのフォレストパークに行ってきました。公園に水遊びそしてアニマルパークサラはどれも楽しそうにしていました。お天気がよかったせいか？お昼過ぎにはたくさーんの人がいました、シアトルの公園でこんなにたくさんの人を見るのは初めてなくらいでこの公園は人気スポットなの？って感じでした！芝の上で食べるランチも楽しかったです！ We went to Forest park in Everett last Sat. Sarah enjoyed the park,playing in the water and the animal park! There were so many people in the park. It must be a popular spot. We enjoyed lunch on the grass too!! We had a great time!

プール / Swiming fountain

昨日はとてもお天気がよく、ママ友達のグループのプールに参加してみました。サラは水をちっとも怖がらず、どんどん深いところまで行こうとするし、水をかぶってもへっちゃらでプールを楽しんでいました・・・がそれでは飽き足らず！？すぐとなりに見える公園に行くたくて行きたくてしょうがなく・・・でも公園はサンダルだったのでNG、ということで芝生のたくさんある広場にちょっとだけつれて行きました。帰りの車の中でぐっすり寝て、おうちに帰ってきたら・・・まだ遊びたいみたいだったので、Daddyに近くの公園にまた遊びに連れて行ってもらい、大満喫の１日になったようです（笑） We went to the swimming fountain yesterday with the Mommy group. She is not scared of water at all and tried to go deeper water. She has no problem getting into the water! ....She enjoyed so much though she really wanted to go to the park next to it so Mommy took her to the grass park for while!She slept good in the car.... however she really wanted to go out again so Daddy took her to the park close to us. She enjoyed the day so much :)

七夕 / Tanabata

7月7日は七夕。お友達からいただいた笹に願いごとを書いてちょっとした七夕をおうちでしました。サラはお友達にいただいた甚平を着て記念撮影です。どこにでもちょろちょろと行きたがるサラ、抱っこされるよりもちょこちょこ小走りもして楽しそうです！

We celebrated Tanabata / Japanese star festival (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tanabata) on July.7th. We got a Bamboo tree from a friend. We wished Sarah's good health and family. She also wore Jinbei (Traditional Japanese clothes for summer) which was Mommy's friend gift. She starting to run now! We had a good time!

ハイキング / Hiking

今週は、July.4th（独立記念日）で３連休でした。最終日に近場のLord Hill Parkというところにハイキングに行ってきました。サラはハイキング初めてでしたが、きょろきょろといろいろ見て、そしておいしい空気をすって楽しそうでした。２時間くらいのハイキングでしたが、帰りには疲れて？快適で？すやすや寝てしまいました。

We went hiking to Lord Hill Park yesterday. It was very first hiking for Sarah. She looked everywhere and enjoyed the fresh air so much! She slept on the way back.. tired or maybe so comfy!

We had a good time!

アトランタ旅行 / Trip to Atlanta

6/17-26の予定でジョーの実家のアトランタヘ行ってきました。サラを連れてはじめてのアトランタということもあり、帰省パーティーを開いてくれ、友達や家族が会いにきてくれました。名古屋と同じような天候のアトランタは毎日暑かったけど、サラはプールが大好きでたくさんちゃぷちゃぷできて楽しそうだったし。みんなに可愛がってもらえて楽しい旅行でした。いつもTVで見ているアトランタブレーブスの試合にも初めて行ったサラは応援して楽しそうだったよ！ ＊サラと一緒に写っているのはいとこ（お姉さんの子供）のグレーシーです。お姉さんがお揃いのドレスを作ってくれました！ We went to Atlanta from June.17-26. It was Sarah's first visit there. Joe's parents had a welcome party for us and lots of friends and family came over and saw us. Atlanta was so hot but Sarah enjoyed swimming very much and had a good time. They love Sarah so much and we had a great time in Atlanta. We also went to a Braves game which was Sarah's 1st game! She supported the Braves good! * The picture next to Sarah is Gracie who is her cousin. Joe's sister made the dress!

サラの１歳のお誕生日会 / Sarah's 1st Birthday Party

昨日はサラのお誕生日会でした。ずーっとお天気が悪かったけど、晴天に恵まれお友達もたくさんきてもらい、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

サラのケーキはサラの大好きなTVのワンワンとウーたんです！たくさんのお誕生日プレゼントもいただきサラは幸せものです。

It was Sarah's 1st Birthday Party yesterday at park. It had been bad weather but it turned out be great weather. Lots of friends came over for her and had great time.

Sarah's Birthday cake is "Wan wan and U-tan" her favorite TV character in Japan. she is lucky that she got lots of gifts too Thank you very much!
